Exchange Policy

Return and exchange policy inside Kuwait:
1- The pieces detailed on the order are not returned or exchanged unless there is an error in the separation (different color – another fabric – another design)

2- If there is an error in:
* Error in (chosen fabric / color / design): communication is done via private messages in Instagram to retrieve the suit and the full amount
* Error in (required size): Communication is done through private messages in Instagram and send a picture of the suit with the meter placed on it clearly showing the error in the sizes until you receive the suit and adjust it in the required time.

3- If the size chosen for tailoring the suit was wrong, who chose?
The customer does not modify the suit.

4- In case of exchange or return, please make sure that the product is in good condition, unused and unwashed.

5- It may take 1-5 working days for the amount to be deposited into the bank account.

Exchange and return policy outside Kuwait:

– Similar to the policy of exchange and return inside Kuwait, with a difference in the method of returning the shipment:

First: Communication is done via Instagram to clarify the problem
Second: After making sure that the problem is correct, the piece will be sent by DHL to the same address from which the piece came.
Third: The shipping invoice is photographed and sent via private messages in Instagram so that we put it with the full refund amount.

Note: It may take 7 working days for the amount to be deposited into the bank account
